1. Eligibility Requirements to Submit Dissertation for Examination A. The students who submitted Thesis Research Proposal B. Those expecting to earn the above credits are also eligible. ( within the current semester) - Total GPA 3.0 or higher - Fulfillment of the requirements for and passing of the Foreign Language and Comprehensive Examinations - Completion of the Research Ethics course mandatory - upon on Satisfaction of department bylaws
2. Application and Submission Period for Examination of Degree Dissertations : 2025.10.20.(Mon)~ 10.24.(FRI)
3. Application Method : UWINS Login → 성적．졸업（Registration and Graduation） → 졸업자격시험(Qualification Examination) → 논문심사신청（Application for Thesis） → Fill in your Title and Dissertation Examination Committee → Print out the Approval for Submission of Dissertation → Get a Signature or seal from academic advisor → Download the below files and Write the letter of recommendation of your external member of the dissertation examination committee and record the personal information, name of bank (account number), and other pertinent information(Except Master Degree) → Submit the documents at the office(2-310)
4. Submission Documemts A. the paper of the Approval for Submission of Dissertation B. the letter of recommendation of your external member <- (only for doctoral/intergrated degree's studnets) C. the paper of the personal information(external committee) <- (only for doctoral/integrated degree's studnets)
1. Degree Dissertation Tuition Payment Period : 2025. 11. 04(Tue) ~ 11. 05(WED) 09:00~16:00 ** It can not pay after Degree Dissertation Tuition Payment Period
2. Payment Method : Print out the bill in UWINS and go to BNK bank or transfer money.
3. Examination Fee : Master 150,000 WON, Doctor 600,000 WON
1. Period for Presentation and Evaluation of the Thesis : 2025. 11. 13(THU) ~ 12. 12(FRI)
